Do you service my area?

If you’re within Philadelphia, eastern Montgomery and central Bucks county it’s likely we serve your area. Click here for a list of our service areas.

How can I get a quote?

Simply visit the signup flow to book a cleaning and as you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will dynamically adjust.

Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?

No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your home working. If they finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

How do I create a DisoClean account?

When you first book an appointment, an account is automatically created for you using the email address provided during booking. Simply create a password and you’re ready to go!

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

Sorry, we don’t guarantee same-day bookings.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information when booking your appointment.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a two-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?

No, you can cancel service at any time. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or a pre-determined number of appointments.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

We’ll only charge your method of payment after the cleaning has been completed. However, we may put an authorization hold on your debit/credit card when your booking is confirmed, which should be removed by your card-issuing bank once your card has been charged. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely! To provide credit card security and keep your personal information safe, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the most widely used data encryption coding system for secure e-commerce transactions. To confirm your connection is secure, look for the letters “https” (rather than “http”) located in the URL address window at the top of your browser.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?

Here’s a listing of what gets cleaned in every room of your house during a standard cleaning. You can also request extra items via your booking form.

Are cleaning supplies included?

Yes, cleaning supplies are included by default. This ensures your cleaner uses professional grade products that are time-tested and proven for their efficacy.

If you would like, DisoClean will make exceptions and clean using your desired cleaning supplies on the condition you waive DisoClean’s standard satisfaction guaranteed commitment.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting our “Services” page.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

The numbers of cleaners we send depend on the size of your home. Usually, you can expect a team of two cleaners at a minimum coming to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

ARE DISOCLEAN COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we are pet-friendly, however, you will be responsible for watching and managing any pets during the cleaning process.

WHAT DON'T YOU DO?

There are some things we just don’t do. We don’t do heavy duty carpet cleaning. Cleaning of mold, wet spaces, bodily fluids, pet waste & vomit. Heavy scrubbing of walls. Wet wipe light bulbs or clean chandeliers. Wash exterior windows or any clean involving the exterior of the home.
